The Compass Compact is truly a robust van. The Compass Compact Chassis is constructed on a heavy duty boxed steel Supergal frame. It is supported with four corner stabilizing legs. The coupling is a quick release lockable unit, with safety chains. The suspension is standard with a spring leaf but for those who want the simplicity independent suspension to cushion the ride this option is available. Again the Compass Compact can be partly raised by two inches or it can be optioned with the Outback Chassis which can greatly assist in ground clearance. This is then complemented with either 15” or 16” inch wheels. The Compass Compact comes standard with an extensive range of safety features consisting of over pressure relief value on gas cylinders, smoke detectors, electric brakes to all wheels, residual current device (earth leakage detector, fire safety kit with 1kg fire extinguisher & security fire blanket and water purifying filter.
